collect Volunteer applicants’ information for internal use only. Your personal
data that you supply CCSV-Philippines will not be passed or sold to any outside
organization. You’re E-mail, contact details and all information supplied on
the application form will only be sent to our local partner at the project you
will be attending to ensure a high standard of product quality and line of
communication. We take your privacy very seriously and do everything possible
to protect it.

this site. All applicants are required to agree with the legal statement
before signing an application.
Volunteer Travel & Adventures as well as Project information must be
used as guide only, small changes may occur in hour’s worked, volunteer duties
or accommodation to allow the projects to be flexible. International travel has
its risks and we therefore require all applicants to be fully covered by travel
insurance before commencement of the project. All volunteers must accept the
risks of international travel associated with the region visited. Some
activities carried out by volunteers may not be covered by personal insurance. CCSV-Philippines
is not liable for any loss or injury that may occur.
Payment terms
A deposit of US$ 100.00 (non-refundable) is payable on confirmation of Volunteer Travel &
Adventures application to secure a position at the project. The remainder of
payment must be paid 30 days before the start date of your Volunteer travel
adventures placement.
Cancellation and Refund policy
CCSV-Philippines is a registered Not for Profit Organization in The
Philippines, with main HQ in Nepal. CCSV-Philippines don’t refund your Volunteer
Travel & Adventures advance deposit fees if you decide not to pursue your
travel, due to the fact that we make a financial commitment to the adventures
& projects before your arrival. But your Application fees will be
accessible to our entire program in Asia within one year time with no extra
cost once you decide to postpone your trip. We request that all participants
are fully aware of the nature of the project and country visited before arrival
by reading information supplied by CCSV and any outside source. The program
fees paid cover a wide range of costs incurred. We request that all applicants
agree that the amount paid for the travel adventures & Volunteer Program
placement is acceptable before arrival. We recommend that you research other volunteer
organizations to compare the services we provide and our costs before applying.
We are a Non-Profit organization and therefore keep your travel adventure &
volunteer program fees to a minimum whilst maintaining a high standard of
service. Your deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. If the travel
tours & volunteer project is cancelled by CCSV before your start date then
a full refund will be applicable. If for any reason beyond our control the
project is cancelled after commencement of the program then a percentage refund
will be made depending upon the time left at the project. Refunds will be paid
within 90 days of confirmation of cancellation.
